Ryan Kent signing shows Rangers progress, says director of football Mark Allen

The registering of Ryan Kent reveals how far Rangers have improved according to the club’s director of football Mark Allen.

«We went through the whole group then in relation to what our aims were in the summertime and where we’d got to with those goals, which was very profitable.
«The only one who we hadn’t obtained was Ryan, but it wasn’t a reaction to the game.»
